Our sales engineers will help you clarify your particular requirement, highlight any additional information that may be needed or technical difficulties to be resolved to reach the stage where a quotation can be issued. They will try and give as much technical support as possible through this process as part of our service. At all times they are supported by the invaluable tool of our instrument transformer design programmes that the company has developed and adapted since the early 1980s. As well as supporting our production the instrument transformer design programmes often enable our sales engineers to give immediate feedback to customers over the feasibility of an enquiry from a practical production point of view.

Quotations will normally be in writing most often submitted via e-mail. Price, validity and lead time will all be clearly stated on the quotation. Once issued our sales engineers will continue to support you by dealing with any queries requiring clarification and seeking to provide support to you as necessary, for example in dealings with end customers or consultants.
